Originally a collegiate production project, this rendition of Elton John's "Rocket Man" was arranged, recorded, edited, mixed and mastered by Bryan Woolbert. In this arrangement, he played piano, drum and bass virtual instruments, and sang all vocal parts. His mother, Suzanne Woolbert, played her own Ovation guitar. His good friend, Karina Colon, played flute. Bryan chose to use none other than the legendary Hans Zimmer Piano by Spitfire Audio, which gave the track a warm, vintage sound. In total, 32 tracks worth of Bryan's distinctive harmonies and counter vocals can be heard surrounding his lead vocal. Woolbert has released "Rocket Man" as his first cover song and has aspirations to release more in the future.
