Welcome to the Official Bryan Woolbert Music Blog!Hello world, and welcome to this newly founded corner of the invisible metropolis where I can, at will, unleash smidgens of the ever-expanding amalgamation of ideas that persistently demand liberation from within the cells of my neurological ecosystems. For those who lack ample time and/or motivation to access a dictionary, I will do you a solid and explain the previous statement, free of charge even: I will come here to freely speak my mind whenever I feel inclined to. I sincerely hope my literary presence is worthwhile to you. Without any further digression, allow me to preemptively attempt to satisfy those whose minds are brimming with questions of common sensical varieties. Who am I?Well, my name is written in bold, colorful typography near the top left corner of your browser window. Interestingly enough, you can find a considerable volume of information about me by clicking on it and exploring the site's many pages that I have spent dozens of hours meticulously crafting. I do work diligently to update them on a somewhat frequent basis despite my continually evolving schedule. That said, I know that my strenuous efforts could not possibly address all of your inquiries. In situations of that nature, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will respond to you as soon as I can. I humbly thank you in advance for your patience. Why did I create this blog? Now, with all of those self-establishing pleasantries out of the way, I would like to emphasize that the origins of my motivation to begin yet another project in the midst of the many others which I am currently undertaking ultimately stem from a heart of compassion for what I perceive as a very broken world of music that desperately needs a modernized form of reconstruction. While I would agree with any who suggest that there are far larger and more immediate concerns that currently face humanity, I feel most responsible for writing about those for which I have education, experience, and natural talents given to me by the Creator to support my material. Thus, I will write about many topics pertaining to music, technology, the music industry, and so forth. I may also occasionally use this blog to announce news pertaining to my music career or other relevant information that I find important. I will state my opinions.I will never come to this blog with intentions to perfectly satisfy a particular audience. I am here solely to express my opinions as clearly as I can articulate them with words. I never hold these opinions to be superior to others' ideas, but I stand firm in that which I profoundly believe in and wisdom which I have acquired from my educational background and experience. Your commentary is completely voluntary. I humbly ask for your respect.By no means are you obligated to agree with, believe in, promote, or otherwise support any of my opinions or ideas. However, I must adamantly request that you follow Thumper's advice from Disney's Bambi: "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." I have an open mind for constructive criticism, but I vehemently reject any and all disrespect directed toward myself or anyone else who voluntarily takes part in the commentary. My definition of disrespect varies from case to case. Thus, I will take administrative action at my discretion if I feel it is necessary to protect myself and/or the community of commentators from harm. Haters: you've been warned. Where's the eye candy? If you came here trick-or-treating for aesthetic delights to stimulate your dopamine repositories, I regret to inform you that I likely will not have much to offer, aside from the beautiful artwork that KC Taey created for the blog's header. I encourage you to check out KC Taey's Instagram for more amazing artwork. As mentioned above, this blog is only one of the many projects that I am currently devoting myself to. I would much rather exert time and energy into writing content than searching the web for royalty free artwork or compensating others to create graphics to accompany each and every post. Therefore, if you happen to see multimedia content in one of my blog posts, consider it a special treat. In Conclusion...There are plethoras of topics that I cannot wait to explore and discuss. To those who find interest in my writing: thank you for adding value to my work. To anyone with audacity enough to contribute to the conversation: thank you for your insight and your support. And finally, to those who support my music in any capacity: thank you for your love and kindness which collectively open the gates of possibility for my present and future musical endeavors. May every keystroke that I execute serve to bring hope of a brighter future to the world of music and to the universe as a whole, even if only by a fragment.
